Ashley Monroe

Ashley Monroe is a country music singer and songwriter from America. Following the release of two singles and an album entitled Satisfied in 2007, she established an ensemble called Pistol Annies with Angaleena Presley as well as Miranda Lambert and released her 2nd album called Like a Rose in 2013. Ashley Monroe holds a position as the Assistant Village Manager for Riverside Illinois. She has 15 years of experience within the public sector that includes five years of stints within Iowa City. She currently serves as an Assistant Village manager. She is responsible for a range of duties which include managing the Community Development and Building Department in charge of grants and special projects. Ashley is involved in the day-to-day operation of Riverside services and also in implementing the elected officials' and community goals. Ashley's prior roles have included government planning communications budgeting personnel management as well as collective negotiation. Ashley is also passionate about climate change.
